Andrew was born and raised in a small Midwestern town, and experiencing a childhood of winters, made him destined to one day land in the Valley of the Sun.
Andrew’s original pursuit of a career playing golf led him to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock on a golf scholarship. After graduating with a Marketing Degree, he moved back to the Midwest and accepted an Account Management Role with RR Donnelley, one of the largest printers in the world. One aspect of the Account Management role was working with the Art Directors ensuring the products produced matched their proofs - this education in color has been instrumental in helping home buyers feel comfortable with colorizing their homes.
After owning Real Estate, Andrew found he had a strong passion for the industry which led to his search for a role with a Home Builder. Andrew landed a position with Shea Homes in 2005 which was a win-win! The role with Shea Homes allowed him to enter the industry he loves, along with bringing him to Arizona - a part of the country he always wanted to call home.
Andrew has spent the last 13 years at Trilogy at Vistancia – Shea Homes, an award winning, Resort Lifestyle Living Community. In his initial role, he learned the Customer Service and Construction side of the business and has spent the last 6 years selling new homes in Trilogy. Andrew has always been a top performer winning numerous Sales Achievement Awards over the years. In addition, he has received very high customer service scores which resulted in numerous referrals. Andrew has been fortunate to help over 400 customers find homes in Trilogy at Vistancia and he prides himself on being extremely knowledgeable about the entire process - construction, floor plan design, available options, designing/colorizing the home, and financing.
During his time away from the office, Andrew can be found spending time with his wife of 13 years, 7 year old daughter, 2 year old son and their energized Golden Doodle. They all enjoy being active: playing sports, hiking, biking and enjoying the weather and everything this wonderful state has to offer. He is so happy to call Arizona home!!
